Daily Attendance Matters
Students who miss school miss out on valuable learning time. There are only 180 school days in the year. Please plan medical appointments during school vacations or after school when possible. If your child is absent, it is important that you email or call the school office that day. Once a child has missed 10% of school days excused or unexcused, the child is considered chronically absent, and a School Attendance and Review Team meeting will be scheduled to discuss possible solutions.

Messages must be specifically related to your child either being late or absent to school. Include your name, child’s name, teacher’s name, and reason for being late or absent to school.
